High school Hapkido Program

Students in this programme, known as our Black Phoenix students are typically aged from 12 to 16 years old, and through the shared fun of hard training, develop strong friendships with one another.

Students in this programme are introduced to more concepts of Hapkido such as basic joint locks and holds, and basic throws, as well as the kicks and strikes of Hapkido. This makes the Black Phoenix programme a very dynamic class which develops a wide range of physical abilities in the students.

The students of the Black Phoenix programme are leaders within the school, as they set an example to the younger students, and are frequently invited to assist in programmes such as our bully defence courses for the younger students.

By having a fun and engaging activity outside of the worries and stresses of High School, our Black Phoenix Programme develops resilient and caring young men and women with exceptional skills in martial arts.
